Overview & Challenges

Ginger Repairs is Canada’s leading corporate-level same-day smartphone and tablet repair service provider. They were facing critical issues with managing their daily operations. Taking a request to repair a smartphone and tracking its progress from initial request to end solution was a complicated task for Ginger Repairs. Further, managing multiple requests at the same time was even more difficult, which resulted in frequent delays in delivering the job.

In a short time, we needed to:

  • Specify and analyze our client’s requirements to define web application objectives
  • Implement a complete product design, including UX design solutions for compelling and clear data visualizations
  • Create a segmentation tool to separate online focus groups based on business needs
  • Сarry out competitor analysis to get deep insights on the web application
  • Develop a fully functional platform that offers quick access to the company staff.

Streamlined operations provided a major boost to the business. After the platform was launched, they saw a steep rise in the business revenue within a month. Today, the franchise is multifold success, having expanded their portfolio with increased operators and repair partners.
